What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

San Marcos Epoxy Pros provides epoxy and concrete floor coating services in San Marcos, Texas and the surrounding Hays County area. If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us at info@sanmarcosepoxypros.com.
We collect two kinds of information, and we collect no more than we need.
What you give us. When you submit a quote form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and anything you write in the project notes. If you call the number on this site, we receive your phone number as part of the call.
How you found us. Our quote forms also record which page you first arrived on, which page you submitted from, and where you came from, meaning a search engine, another website, an advertising link, or a direct visit. This is so we know which parts of the site are actually helping people reach us. It is not tied to your identity beyond the contact details you choose to give.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for a home address on our forms.
This site stores one small record in your browser's local storage, noting how you first arrived. It lasts 30 days and is used only to fill in the referral fields described above if you submit a form later. It is not an advertising cookie, it is not shared with advertising networks, and clearing your browser data removes it.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule work, and follow up about your project. We use the referral information to understand which pages and sources bring people to the site.
A few service providers process information on our behalf in order to run this site:
These providers handle the information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project and for our own business records. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing obligation to retain it, we will.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sanmarcosepoxypros.com and we will respond. If you no longer want to hear from us, say so and we will stop contacting you.
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Some pages link to other websites, including industry standards bodies and other flooring companies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
Email us at info@sanmarcosepoxypros.com and we will get back to you.
